Hello and welcome to another great PimpMyCom.Com Adobe Photoshop Tutorial. In this tutorial we will
learn how to make any image have a Neon Chrome effect in just minutes. |

Well first lets open up a image i will be using this image of this awesome car. also make sure to set the two colors your using as....DEFAULT--WHITE.....SECONDARY--BLACK |

Now head over to your filters artistic--->neon glow--> or follow this image. and apply these settings.  and you should get something like this.  |

after you have the first effect set, we can move on to the neon part, go to image-->adjustments--->invert. after you apply this effect your image should be something kickass like this.  |
